Notice of scheduled Polk Portal maintenance – Thursday, September 5

The Polk Portal will be undergoing scheduled maintenance to resolve an issue with non-English language settings which was causing errors for students during registration. As a result, users may experience service disruptions from 12:30 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 5.

During this time, access to student academic and financial accounts through the Polk Portal may be affected, including class registration and financial information.

Please note that Canvas, the College’s learning management system, student and employee email accounts, and the sh-fyz.com website will remain unaffected during this maintenance.
